Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 rolls (water rolls)
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 250 g smoked bacon
  • ½ liter cream
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the ham and bacon into thin strips and place them in a bowl with the cheese. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Cut the rolls in half, hollow them out, and fill them with the mixture. Bake the rolls in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
