Grape and feta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g red grapes, seedless and halved
  • 200 g feta cheese, diced
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings (if you don’t like it too oniony, just use the green part)
  • 3 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp walnut vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
  • some salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all ingredients and season. The amount of salt depends on the flavor of the cheese, and the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the grapes. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. The salad is perfect with buttered bread, as a side dish at a barbecue, or even on a cold buffet.
