Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 300 g grapes, blue and green, seedless
- 250 g puff pastry, frozen or from the refrigerated section
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with the quark. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and stir them into the quark and egg yolk mixture along with the grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. If you like, you can also add a clove of garlic. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface; let frozen pastry thaw slightly beforehand. Spread the cheese cream on the pastry. Wash, dry, and halve the grapes. Spread them on the cream. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve hot. Perfect as a complete meal, or as a snack with wine or as an appetizer.
