Grape salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g white grapes, preferably seedless
  • 150 g red grapes, preferably seedless
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ head of radicchio
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 200 g lettuce (mixture of young spinach, beetroot, purslane, and leaf lettuce leaves)
  • 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil or grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Agave syrup, honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare a dressing with raspberry vinegar, agave syrup, mustard, a little water, and oil. Wash and halve the grapes. Roughly chop the walnuts, roast them in a dry pan, and finally dust with cinnamon. Wash and spin the lettuce dry, shred into bite-sized pieces, and arrange on a platter. Arrange the grapes and walnuts on top, season with pepper, and drizzle with the dressing.
