Kohlrabi and apple salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 apple
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • ½ clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp peanut sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Salt
  • Chili powder or cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and grate the kohlrabi and apples. Drizzle with lemon juice. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients and add it. Tip: Instead of peanut sauce, you can also use a little peanut butter, diluted with hot water, and some crushed peanuts. Then season everything more strongly.
