Grape salad with cream cheese balls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g grapes, mixed
  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 100 g lettuce (radicchio)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 150 g double cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve and deseed the grapes. Trim the lamb’s lettuce. Tear the radicchio into pieces. Season the vinegar with salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Carefully combine the prepared salad ingredients and the marinade. Let it sit for a while. Finely chop the chives and mix them with the cream cheese until smooth. Form the mixture into small balls. Season the salad again with salt and pepper and arrange on plates. Arrange the cream cheese balls on top.
