Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 ml milk
- 200 g rice pudding
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- possibly fruit, from the can or fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the rice pudding; let the rice cool. Beat the sugar and eggs until frothy. Fold the quark into the sugar and egg mixture. Fold in the rice and fruit, if desired. Pour into a baking dish and spread evenly. Then place in the oven with butter flakes. Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C until the surface is golden brown.
