Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 grapefruit(s), the fruit segments without skin
- 200 g carrot(s), small thin strips
- 1 apple, small thin strips
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- Ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, and honey, and season with ginger. Place the fruit and carrots in a salad bowl. Pour the salad dressing over the fruit, mix, and serve on four plates.
