Grapefruit and carrot salad with ginger

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 grapefruit(s), the fruit segments without skin
  • 200 g carrot(s), small thin strips
  • 1 apple, small thin strips
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Ginger powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, and honey, and season with ginger. Place the fruit and carrots in a salad bowl. Pour the salad dressing over the fruit, mix, and serve on four plates.
