Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 apple, peeled
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 strawberries
  • 100 g berries, frozen
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the fruit into small pieces, place it in a bowl or blender, and blend briefly. Then add the orange juice and a squeeze of lemon juice. Blend everything together again and serve in glasses.
