Grapefruit Cobbler

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp ice cubes, crushed
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 5 cl grapefruit juice
  • 2 cl gin
  • Soda water, to refill
  • 1 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
  • 1 slice(s) grapefruit(s), peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Shake the ice with the sugar syrup, grapefruit juice, and gin in a shaker. Pour into a small tumbler. Top with soda. Dice half of the pineapple and grapefruit slices and place them in the glass. Place the other halves on the rim of the glass.
