Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 grapefruit(s), 400 g each, pink
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 cups of yogurt (vanilla yogurt) 150 g each
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw frozen strawberries or hull fresh strawberries. Peel the grapefruits so that the white pith is completely removed. Cut out the segments between the membranes, reserving the juice. Squeeze the membranes well. Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and place them in a blender with the strawberries, grapefruit segments, and grapefruit juice. Add the yogurt, oatmeal, and honey. Blend thoroughly and serve.
