Grapefruit tonic drink

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large grapefruit(s), pink
  • 100 ml tonic water, approximately
  • some ice cubes, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Served chilled, very refreshing in summer

Roll the grapefruit on the countertop with light pressure (this yields more juice), halve, and squeeze the juice. Strain the juice through a fine sieve into a large glass and top up with tonic water. Serve with crushed ice, if desired.
