Ingredients
 

  • Dough:
  • 75 g Butter
  • 75 g White sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 75 g Flour
  • Covering:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 60 g White sugar
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 250 g Quark 40%
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Grapes red fresh
  • Molding:
  • 1 packet Cake glaze clear

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter with the salt, the egg and a pinch of salt vigorously. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in spoon by spoon. Line the base of a 26 springform pan with baking paper and lightly grease the edge. Now spread the dough on the floor.
  • Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the quark. Stir in the mascarpone. Add the sour cream and stir in. Stir in the vanilla pudding powder. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in.
  • Now place the mixture on the dough and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (convection oven) and bake for approx. 40 - 45 minutes. After the baking time, take it out of the oven, let it cool down in the tin for 15 minutes, remove the rim and let it cool down.
  • Wash the grapes, cut them in half and, if necessary, remove the seeds. Cover the cooled cake with the grape halves. Cook the icing according to the instructions and spread over the grapes. Now put the cake in the cold again until the topping is firm.
