Fennel and Apple Salad

The perfect fennel and apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Fennel fresh
  • 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey liquid
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 4 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Apples
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Mix the white wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper into a dressing. Finally, hide the oil. Wash and clean the fennel bulbs and cut into thin slices. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Wash and quarter the apple and cut out the core.
  2. Cut the apple into thin wedges and mix immediately with the dressing. Finally fold in the paprika and fennel and serve. Enjoy your meal!
