Gratinade of Potatoes and Carrots Provençal

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 300 g Cream
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 Branches Rosemary
  • 20 g Fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. Herbs of Provence
  • 1 quantity Salt
  • 1 quantity Pepper from the grinder
  1. Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots and place in a baking dish. Finely chop the ginger and mix with the cream, herbs and chopped rosemary and spread over the potatoes., Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven (180 °) for about 30 minutes
