Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 500 g white asparagus
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 75 g butter
- 150 g Parma ham
- 75 g Parmesan
- 75 g cheese (raclette)
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions

Wash and peel the asparagus as usual. Cook the asparagus with salt and sugar for about 8 minutes until al dente. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Cut the ham into strips and grate the cheese. Wash the parsley, pat dry, and roughly chop. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Pour about 100 ml of the asparagus water into the casserole dish with the asparagus pieces. Add the parsley and ham. Then sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake the casserole in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
