  • 150 ml condensed milk, 4% fat
  • 90 g processed cheese, 9% fat
  • 2 slice(s) cheese, (sliced ​​cheese) light
  • 60 g Parmesan

First, divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Then gently heat the condensed milk and melt the processed cheese and sliced ​​cheese in it. Season generously with salt and pepper and stir in parsley, for example. Drain the cauliflower, spread the cheese sauce and Parmesan over it, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes until nicely browned. 7 portions per serving.
