Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 150 g mountain cheese
  • 150 ml cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

topped with mountain cheese and Parmesan

Cook the gnocchi in salted water until al dente (better a little too firm than too soft). Lightly brush the baking dish with oil. Mix the cream with the spices and add to the baking dish along with the gnocchi. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30-40 minutes.
