Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 head of broccoli
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 pack of grated Gouda, approx. 200 g
- 2 cups of cream, approx. 400 g
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 – 200 g
- e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated
- n. B. Vegetable stock powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the sweet potatoes for about 3-5 minutes. Then peel, slice, and place in the baking dish. Divide the broccoli into florets, cook for about 3 minutes, and place in the same dish. Mix the cream and crème fraîche and season with the broth and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and top with the Gouda cheese. Place the baking dish on the middle rack of a preheated oven at about 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes, until everything is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
