Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- some salt and pepper
- some oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Place the potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and boil in their jacket potatoes for about 25 minutes (al dente). Then let them cool slightly, peel them, and slice them. Preheat oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Wash the tomatoes, remove the green stems, and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella as well. Grease a small baking dish with oil. First, lay a layer of potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Then place the tomato and mozzarella slices on top. Repeat the layering process and finish with the mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Then grill on top for another 5 minutes. This was served with a green salad with a vinegar and oil dressing.
