Ingredients
- 2 Neck comb steak
- Ragout Fin Preserve
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- Lemon
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Steaks with pepper; Season the salt and paprika and then fry in the pan.
- Place the steaks in a baking dish, then pour the ragout fin over it and sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese.
- Set the oven to top heat and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown
