Ingredients
 

  • 2 Neck comb steak
  • Ragout Fin Preserve
  • 200 g Grated Gouda
  • Lemon
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Steaks with pepper; Season the salt and paprika and then fry in the pan.
  • Place the steaks in a baking dish, then pour the ragout fin over it and sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese.
  • Set the oven to top heat and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown
