Greek chicken breast fillet with goat cheese and basil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 100 g goat’s cheese, creamy
  • 1 small bunch of fresh basil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut pockets into the chicken breast fillets. Divide the goat cheese into equal portions and fill the pockets, inserting 3-4 basil leaves into each. Close the opening and sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken breast fillets and fry gently for about 10-20 minutes, turning frequently. Delicious with fried potatoes.
