Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 large head of white cabbage
- 5 carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 bell peppers, red
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Coarsely grate the white cabbage. Then add salt and oil and knead for about 30 minutes until the cabbage is tender. Peel the carrots and coarsely grate them. Finely slice the bell peppers and finely dice the onions. Add all ingredients to the white cabbage and season with vinegar, salt (carefully), and pepper.
