Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups lentils, brown
- 8 cups of water
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- Stock paste, homemade or purchased vegetable stock powder
- ½ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Add the first 5 ingredients to the crockpot and cook on medium for 8 hours. Then season with the stock paste, pepper, and salt. Add olive oil. Done!
