Wash the strawberries. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the tip of each strawberry about one-third into the chocolate (this will be the head). Then, starting at the head, draw a strip of chocolate down the middle and paint a few dots on each side. Use a small spoon or a skewer to help. Once the chocolate has dried, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and decorate each beetle head with two eyes and a mouth.
