Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 pkt. Feta cheese, diced
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • some olive oil
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • possibly iceberg lettuce
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese

First, dice the feta cheese, cucumber, and tomatoes. Combine everything in a bowl. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil. If you like, you can also shred some iceberg lettuce and add it. Finally, mix well, and the salad is ready.
