  • 1 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
  • 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (pear balsamic vinegar)
  • 6 tbsp pear juice
  • 4 tbsp oil, neutral (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place all ingredients in a glass or tightly sealed bowl and shake well.
