Greek-style yogurt mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp, heaped yogurt, Greek
  • 1 tbsp, heaped powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 25 g walnuts
  • 4 tsp forest honey
  • e.g. vanilla, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Combine the cream, yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon, and vanilla in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Chill for at least 3 hours. The yogurt will release a little liquid as it chills, so blend again if necessary. Roughly chop the nuts and toast them in a dry pan. Let cool. When serving, use two tablespoons to form dumplings. Garnish with the walnuts and honey.
