Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 cups yogurt, Greek
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, 40% fat
  • dill
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • herbal vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the cucumber, then grate it finely. Squeeze the juice well and discard the juice or use it for another purpose. Mix the Greek yogurt with the quark and cucumber. Press in the garlic; you can use more or fewer cloves to taste. Season with dill and olive oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt to taste. Please make sure you use genuine Greek yogurt; it’s thicker and richer than our regular yogurt! Tastes delicious grilled or with boiled potatoes!
