Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g layered cheese (cream layered cheese)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp sweet cream
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, cold-pressed
  • ½ onion(s), finely chopped
  • ½ cucumber(s), seedless, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp spice mix for tzatziki
  • 1 tsp parsley or other herbs
  • lots of garlic, fresh and finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix all ingredients and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
