Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 wraps
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with minced meat and feta cheese

Finely chop the onions and fry them with the minced meat. Season both with salt, pepper, and a little paprika. Then place them in a sieve and let the remaining fat/water drain off. Cut the feta into small pieces. Spread the wraps with sour cream or crème fraîche. Then spread the minced meat on the wrap and sprinkle with some feta. Bake in the oven with the grill function at 180°C for about 10 minutes, until the feta wedges turn golden.
