Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • olives
  • Spice mix (gyros)
  • Tzatziki

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spread the minced meat on the flatbread. Then spread the tzatziki over the minced meat, adjusting the amount to your liking. Thinly slice the tomatoes and onions and place them on the pizza. Sprinkle with gyro seasoning. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add olives, if desired. Mix well and place on the pizza. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom) or 160°C (fan).
