Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
- 100 g powdered sugar
- ½ tbsp lemon juice

Cream the butter, egg yolks, and sugar until fluffy. Add the yogurt and lemon zest. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir in the flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold in. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan (20 cm diameter). Bake in a preheated oven (approx. 190°C) for 45-50 minutes. Let it rest in the pan for a few minutes, then remove. Cool on a wire rack. Make a thick glaze from the powdered sugar and lemon juice, and glaze the cake with it.
