Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 kg Greek yogurt
- 1 kg strawberries
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the yogurt with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Puree approximately 800g of strawberries and mix with the remaining sugar. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and top with the strawberry puree. Finally, cut the remaining strawberries into bite-sized pieces and garnish with them. Approximately 230 kcal per serving.
