Green Asparagus Pizza

The perfect green asparagus pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 30 gr Dried tomatoes
  • 400 g Green asparagus
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 100 gr Bacon cubes
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 package Finished puff pastry
  • Pepper salt
  1. Soak tomatoes in lukewarm water in a bowl for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out and cut into strips.
  1. Cut the ends off the asparagus and blanch for 2 minutes in plenty of boiling salted water. Take out of the water and put off. Then cut the asparagus once lengthways and once across.
  1. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
  1. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Brush with sour cream. Spread the tomatoes, asparagus, spring onions and bacon on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Bake the topped pizza in the preheated oven at 23o degrees (without fan-assisted air) on the lowest rack for about 15-20 minutes.
