Green asparagus salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g asparagus, green
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • some vinegar, mild or lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • Pepper, preferably coarsely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Italian style

Trim the asparagus and cook it in bite-sized pieces until al dente. Set aside and let it cool completely. Cut the ham into thin strips and coarsely grate the Parmesan. Place the asparagus, ham, and Parmesan in a bowl and season with mild vinegar (such as Agro & Dolce by Monari) or lemon juice and olive oil. Gently mix the ingredients together and season with pepper (preferably coarsely ground) to taste. Arrange the salad on a platter and serve.
