Green asparagus salad with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g asparagus, green
  • 500 g strawberries
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. sugar, brown
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • some tarragon
  • some parsley, flat-leaf

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the green asparagus into pieces. Sauté in a pan with a little olive oil. Then season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add a little water and simmer for 5 minutes. Then let cool. In the meantime, prepare the herbs and strawberries. When the asparagus is just lukewarm, mix everything together and adjust the seasoning if desired.
