Radish salad with apple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp herb vinegar, apple cider vinegar or Aceto Bianco
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the radishes into thin slices or chunks. Finely chop the bell pepper, spring onions, and apple. Prepare the dressing and mix it well with the salad. Fresh herbs like parsley or chives also taste delicious. The salad tastes even better if it sits in the refrigerator for a few hours.
