Green asparagus topped with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bunch asparagus, green, washed and woody ends removed
  • e.g. Gorgonzola
  • 1 pinch(s) lemon pepper
  • possibly pepper berries, pink

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

fast, good and tasty

Place the asparagus spears in the baking dish. Arrange the Gorgonzola pieces on top and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Season with lemon pepper and pink peppercorns before serving. I made potato slices at the same time.
