Buttered vegetables with sausage and noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 300 g poultry sausage
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 package of buttered vegetables, approx. 400 g
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the sausage and fry in a pan with oil. Add the crushed garlic clove and the buttered vegetables after 3-5 minutes. Once the ingredients are well browned, add the spices and pasta and mix. If desired, add a little more butter.
