Green asparagus with cream cheese and wild garlic sauce and ham pieces

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g asparagus, green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 g milk
  • 3 leaves of wild garlic
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, as desired
  • salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 slice(s) of cooked ham or vegetarian substitute

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut off the bottom of the asparagus and peel some of the bottom, then wash. Peel and dice the onion. Sauté the onion in the oil, then add the asparagus. Pour in a little water and cook for 10-15 minutes. There should be about 100-220 ml of water left in the pot, then add the garlic, milk, cream cheese, and finely chopped wild garlic. Let it reduce slightly. Then season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Dice the cooked ham and warm it with the water. Serve on plates and garnish with sunflower seeds, if desired.
