Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 150 g einkorn flour
- 8 g salt
- 1 tsp bread spice mix
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling
- 250 g water, approx.
- 8 g yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Mix all ingredients, except the sesame seeds, into a smooth yeast dough. Let it rest briefly. Then, using a wheel, cut into small squares or triangles. Place on baking sheets, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and let rise, covered, for one to two hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for about 20 minutes (depending on the size). Tip: Add some ground sesame seeds to the dough.
