Green bean salad with basil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green
  • Salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bunches of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and spicy, without vinegar

Cook the beans for 12-15 minutes. Drain. Mix the oil with finely chopped garlic and stir into the lukewarm beans. Sprinkle with finely chopped basil. Delicious with lamb.
