Antipasti, caprese, ailoi, olive bread, melon in Parma ham and vegetables

  • 1 piece Honeydew melon
  • 2 piece Mozzarella
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 1 piece Canned mushrooms
  • 2 packet Porcini Parma Ham
  • 1 piece Olive bread
  • Aioli
  • Pesto
  • 1 piece Parmesan
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • Salt and pepper

Amuse-Gueule: Bruschetta

  • 1 piece Baguette
  • 5 piece Tomatoes
  • Pesto red
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 shot Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • For the caprese, cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices and place them alternately on a plate. Garnish with a little basil and serve with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar as required.
  • Core the honeydew melon and cut into large pieces. Then roll in porcini Parma ham and drizzle some balsamic vinegar over it.
  • Zucchini and mushrooms are cut into small pieces and sautéed briefly in a pan with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
