Green beans with peppers and Cabanossi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), approx. 90 g
  • 1 tbsp margarine for frying
  • 150 g green beans, frozen or fresh
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 75 g Cabanossi
  • 75 ml meat broth
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese, approx. 30 g
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • n. B. Broth powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, trim the bell peppers, halve them and cut them into strips, and halve the Cabanossi lengthwise and slice them. Then cut the beans into bite-sized pieces and cook in a pot of boiling salted water until almost tender. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the diced onion until golden brown, then set aside. Add the Cabanossi and fry briefly, then briefly fry the bell pepper strips. Mix everything together. Pour in the meat broth, stir in some of the spices and the cream cheese, and continue stirring until melted. Drain the beans and add them to the pan. Mix everything together and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Season to taste and serve.
