versatile – tastes delicious even on its own

First, put the rice on the stovetop. Bring the water to a boil, add the sea salt and rice, bring to a boil briefly, then reduce the heat and let the rice swell. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Add the olive oil to a pan and cook the diced onion and garlic until translucent. Deseed the bell pepper, chop it up as well, and add it. Next, add the rice; mix everything together and let it sizzle gently. Wash the parsley, cut it over the contents of the pan with kitchen scissors, and fold it in. This recipe is ideal for preparation and is perfect for a buffet or camping.
