Green Olives Pickled in Herbs

The perfect green olives pickled in herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For hot olives

  • 4 Pc. Garlic clove crushed
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp Dried basil
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tsp Dried chilli, coarsely ground
  1. Drain the olives and put them in a bowl, mix well with the olive oil (more than 5 tablespoons if necessary) and the remaining ingredients. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least one night in a glass or Tupperware container.
