Green Olives Pickled in Herbs

For hot olives
- 4 Pc. Garlic clove crushed
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tsp Dried thyme
- 2 tsp Dried rosemary
- 2 tsp Dried basil
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tsp Dried chilli, coarsely ground
- Drain the olives and put them in a bowl, mix well with the olive oil (more than 5 tablespoons if necessary) and the remaining ingredients. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least one night in a glass or Tupperware container.
