Curry Balls with Mango Ketchup Dip

The perfect curry balls with mango ketchup dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tsp Yellow curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 150 g Tomato ketchup
  • 75 g Mango chutney
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  1. Knead the minced meat in a bowl with the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and curry powder. Shape into small balls with damp hands. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the balls in it and fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, stir together the ketchup and mango chutney. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and a little curry powder to taste. Serve the curry balls with the mango ketchup. Oven fries taste very good with them.
