Curry Balls with Mango Ketchup Dip

- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 3 tsp Yellow curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 150 g Tomato ketchup
- 75 g Mango chutney
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- Knead the minced meat in a bowl with the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and curry powder. Shape into small balls with damp hands. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the balls in it and fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, stir together the ketchup and mango chutney. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and a little curry powder to taste. Serve the curry balls with the mango ketchup. Oven fries taste very good with them.
