Green Pasta with Ham / Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Green ribbon noodles
  • 4 slices Cooked ham, cut a little thicker and dice
  • 1 small Can of peas 200 grams
  • 1 small Can of corn 200 grams
  • 5 cup Sour cream
  • 0,25 L Amselkeller red wine
  • 4 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to the recipe. Heat the margarine in a large pan, fry the boiled ham and garlic in it. Deglaze with the red wine. Drain the peas and corn and add to the pan, cover and cook slowly for approx. 5 minutes. Then stir in the sour cream and only let it boil briefly. Season to taste with pepper.
