Turkish Spinach
The perfect turkish spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 package Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 g Chopped onion
- 300 g Ground beef
- 1 g Peeled and diced tomato
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Long grain rice
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,25 liter Water
- 2 teaspoon Meat broth instant
- Salt and pepper
- Defrost, squeeze out and roughly cut the spinach. Slowly fry the onion and mince in the olive oil. Add the tomato paste, the water and the stock, stir and simmer gently. Add the spinach, stir, then add the rice and stir. Add the tomato and slowly cook everything until the rice is cooked through. Season well with salt, pepper and, if necessary, broth. With flatbread or rice.
